Starmine Correctional Facility is a Minecraft server based around the prison mode. In order to free yourself of the crowded and dangerous prison, you must prove yourself worthy. Making alliances and truces with fellow prisoners and gangs plays a key role in your survival here. Fight your way through gang battles and prison fights. Making the smallest of mistakes can cost you your life as well as all the items and cash youve worked hard for. Swords, etc. are considered contraband in the prison, so keep it out of sight when guards are around. Cell inspections and raids are common, so staying alert is very important here.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

- Hacked clients and X-ray texture packs are prohibited.
- Flaming/Insults will not be tolerated.
- Racial slurs and hate speech will not be tolerated.
- Excessive swearing will not be tolerated.
- Advertising other servers via private message or public chat is prohibited.
- Griefing is allowed, however, making huge lava towers and destroying server structures is not tolerated.
- Do not impersonate guards or staff members.
- Mini-modding is not allowed.
- Do not join and ask for a staff rank.
- Do not exploit bugs or glitches. This will result in a permanent ban.
- Spamming the chat is not allowed.
- Using alternate accounts to evade suspensions, bans, mutes, or jail sentences are not allowed.
- Respect staff members and other players.
- Use common sense. If something seems like it would be wrong, theres a good chance that it probably is.
- Be nice to new players. We were all new at some point and time. Just because theyre new doesnt mean you get to be a jerk.

PRISON GUIDELINES
==================
- Do not build in the tree farm or mines. This will result in a ban or jail, depending on the severity.
- Do not hit people who are in a PvP area from a non-PvP area. Do not PvP other players and run into non-PvP areas. This will result in a kick or jail. PvP logging is also prohibited.
- Do not camp. Camping wrecks the experience for everyone. Campers will be executed by guards and put in solitary confinement for a set amount of time, depending on the severity.
- Do not carry contraband. If a guard sees it, you will be ordered to drop it. If you do not drop the contraband within 5 seconds of the initial warning, you will be jailed until you hand it over.
- Do not use glitches or exploits to gain money or ranks. This will result in a permanent ban.
- Do not give prisoners with a lower rank than you over $15,000. Prisoners should have to work for freedom, not have it handed to them. Loans are allowed, although just giving someone money because theyre your friend is not allowed.
- Do not attempt to escape the correctional facility. Using glitches or exploits to get around the barriers will result in a reset of all your stats as well as a 10 day temp. ban.
- As always, use common sense.
